Domaine

The farming is situated in the small village of Lye on the borders of Touraine and Sologne in the Center of France. The vineyards are planted on the hills close to Château Valençay known by its resident Talleyrand, the Napoleon’s Minister.


Jean-François Roy, the owner winegrower since 1989, strong of a family tradition in quality wine making, he modernise and enlarge continually its properties. Nowadays the surface consists of 30ha and spread among several communities : 20ha in Valençay appellation and 10 ha in Touraine appellation.

An approach based on the choice of environmentally friendly techniques and inscribed in the TERRA VITIS and HVE (High Environmental Value) certifications. 

They promote the development of biodiversity by maintaining a vibrant wine ecosystem and ensure the transparency in their interventions.
